Sample Saturday: Snack Sticks

👉🏼 Do you dream of making snack sticks at home? Be careful what you wish for. Our homemade snack sticks will open your eyes to what snack sticks were meant to be, and in your enlightened state, you’ll never be able to enjoy tough and dry snack sticks again!

On February 26, 2022, we will be serving free snack stick samples in three different flavors made four different ways.

This event will be an awesome opportunity to hang out with other meat processing enthusiasts and to learn how to make irresistibly delicious meat sticks with confidence.

Enjoy three different flavors, including a time-tested original and a jalapeno bacon cheddar.
🔥 Taste the difference a binder makes in the texture and moisture retention of the meat.
🔥 Experience the difference between the “bite-through feel” of collagen and natural sheep casings.
🔥 Discover the mind-blowing flavor of real wood smoke in a snack stick.

Our staff will be available and happy to answer your questions about making homemade snack sticks that you're truly proud of!
