We’ll be making pulled pork from bone-in Boston butts at our next Sample Saturday on August 29.
This will be an informal event, and our staff will be available to share every detail of our process for smoking pulled pork for FREE. ?

Samples will be available from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. This event is free and no registration is required.

Normal hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
