The YS640s competition pellet grill comes fully equipped with the NEW Yoder Smokers ACS Control System with two integrated food probes and New ceramic ignition system. The cooker’s main body and electronics are all the same, but when you add the competition cart and stainless steel prep shelves, it becomes even more versatile and markedly more maneuverable – perfect for someone competing at a different venue every weekend. The competition cart has 8″ pneumatic casters, two of which lock the cooker into place, and a set of tie-downs to keep it immobile in your trailer.
The 2-piece heat diffuser is included so you can go from smoking to grilling effortlessly. Featuring a removable door directly over the burn grate, the 2-piece diffuser replaces the solid diffuser plate used for smoking and allows direct contact with the flames — now you can grill over live fire without removing the entire diffuser plate. It also provides quick and easy access to clean out the burn grate between cooks while the heat diffuser remains in place.
