Shipping box needs to be thicker and more sturdy
We received our drip ez and it was very bent through the shipping process. I was very impressed at how fast customer service responded with my issue. I am going to try to see if they will still work- if not, they will send me out a replacement. Where I was not happy with the way the product came to me, I am happy that they will make it right if it won't work on the grill.
