United StatesWe purchased a 2X Large Big Green Egg from Meadowcreek BBQ in New Holland last year. I have since smoked about 60 beef briskets on it. We have the double grate so we can put more on. I can smoke 5 full packer briskets at one time on it. It is super easy to set the temp and it holds the temp very well throughout the cook. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS EGG!!!
