The Eggfest is one of our most anticipated events of the year, and after the disappointment of canceling it last year, the EGGheads were more than ready to flock to our store again this year for the best Eggfest we've thrown yet!
On July 10, our parking lot was filled with teams of EGGheads cooking on 20+ Big Green Eggs and giving away as many samples as our fans could eat.
The teams cooked everything from breakfast casserole to pizza, picanha steak, Korean pork, and apple crisp, making this Eggfest the perfect place to introduce yourself to a wide variety of amazing foods cooked outdoors.
Even if you don't cook on a Big Green Egg, an Eggfest is a wonderful place to discover new recipe ideas and pick up tips and tricks for improving your outdoor cooking skills.
The EGGheads taught free workshops throughout the day on the basics of cooking on the Big Green Egg as well as more specific subjects, such as how to bake desserts or make competition steak.
The free ice cream, coffee, and donuts are a staple at the community events we put on here at Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply.

This event was the perfect showcase of everything there is to love about a Big Green Egg. It's a little hard to fathom how much the Egg can do until you see it in person.

We host a couple of events like this every year—our open house in the spring and our Eggfest in the summer. We also do smaller events, such as Sample Saturdays where guests can taste samples and learn how to cook specific meats on the smoker or grill.
