Built to satisfy the demands of large caterers and barbecue restaurants who maxed out the huge TS500, the TS1000 boasts a giant 1,000-gallon tank for more than 2-1/2 times the cooking capacity of the TS500.
Its eight sliding stainless steel grates offer 130 square feet of cooking area, enough space for up to 180 pork butts or 140 briskets! The spacious warming box holds six full-size restaurant pans. The TS1000 provides all the standard features of our TS series, giving you the ease of use and the confidence you need to focus on supplying the best barbecue your crowd has ever tasted.
