Tasting Notes from Ardie Davis:
- Taste Alone from package: Salt was dominant on my palate; so much so that although I could smell the aroma of onion, garlic and other seasonings, salt overpowered them.
- Taste on barbecue pork tenderloin and loin ribs: salt dominated.
Could be that I applied too much rub to the meat; a moderate amount would have yielded a more flavorful result.
