Sample Saturday: Snack Sticks

On February 26, 2022, we will be serving free snack stick samples in three different flavors made four different ways.

This event will be an awesome opportunity to hang out with other meat processing enthusiasts and to learn how to make irresistibly delicious meat sticks with confidence.
Enjoy three different flavors, including a time-tested original and a jalapeno bacon cheddar.
🔥 Taste the difference a binder makes in the texture and moisture retention of the meat.
🔥 Experience the difference between the “bite-through feel” of collagen and natural sheep casings.
🔥 Discover the mind-blowing flavor of real wood smoke in a snack stick.
Our staff will be available and happy to answer your questions about making homemade snack sticks that you're truly proud of!
You’ll also be able to take home a printed copy of our tips and techniques for making snack sticks.
