Pulled Pork Sample Saturday

Are you getting ready to cook your first pork butt? Struggling to cook pulled pork with confidence? ??
We’ll be smoking pulled pork at our next Sample Saturday on May 25.
This will be an informal event, and our staff will be available to give you cooking advice and share every detail of our process for smoking pulled pork for FREE. ?
Come see the newly arrived Gateway Drum Smoker in action, enjoy free samples, and learn the secrets to consistently cranking out tender, mouth-watering pulled pork for your guests! ?
At 11:00 am, we will show you how to prep and inject a pork butt for the smoker. Samples will be available from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
This event is free and no registration is required.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
