We wish to thank everyone who attended open house earlier this month and to everyone who helped cook the delicious food we gave away. Our guests enjoyed an amazing variety of barbecue, including pulled pork, prime rib, pork ribs, party wings, chicken, steak, burgers, sausage—well, I'll stop at that. Explore our collection of photos to relive this wonderful event for barbecue enthusiasts.
Whole Pig Cooked on a Meadow Creek Pig Roaster
Tom from Smoke 'n Dudes cooked the pig. They de-boned the pig and stuffed it with boneless pork shoulders, and then cooked it on this propane-fired pig cooker. The cook started at 7:00 pm the evening before and took over 12 hours to finish.
Ribs, Wings, and Steak
Meadow Creek Welding representatives cooked pork ribs, party wings, and ribeye steak to give away. The ribs were smoked on a BX50 Box Smoker, the wings were grilled on a BBQ26S Chicken Cooker, and the steak was done on a BBQ42 Chicken Cooker With a Flat Grate and the charcoal pan raised.

Prime Rib
This prime rib was cooked on a Meadow Creek Pig Roaster fired with charcoal briquettes and a some lump charcoal for flavor. It was delicious!
Yoder Pellet Smoker
Art, a local friend, ran the Yoder Pellet Smoker, cranking out delicious appetizers, smoked mac and cheese, and a beef roast.
Big Green Eggs
There was a lot of cool stuff happening on Big Green Eggs—pizza, orange peel cinnamon rolls, chicken cordon bleu, and more! I also had the opportunity to meet Chris Capell of Dizzy Pig.
Ablaze Firepit
Jonathan of Breoo was there demonstrating the Ablaze firepit.
The weather was perfect and hundreds of people showed up. If you were able to attend, again, thank you for making our open house a wonderful time. If not, I hope you enjoyed the photos and can come next time.
