Charcoal/Wood-fired Smokers

Smoking delicious meat using a traditional charcoal or wood-fired smoker can be one of the most rewarding culinary experiences. These smokers put all the control in your hands, allowing you to dial in the temperature with adjustable air vents and additional fuel. Cooking over charcoal or high-quality smoking wood can also produce some of the best flavors. While this type of smoking can take more work, many people enjoy the process and find the final product to be more rewarding when so much work goes into it.
