For this event, we will be giving away free samples of smoked Stone Ridge Beef brisket and smoked baked beans. the brisket will be cooked on a Meadow Creek TS250 Tank Smoker with gas assist, and the beans on the Big Green Egg and Yoder Pellet Smoker
- Samples are from 9:00AM – 12:00PM
- Free detailed recipe handouts will be available, explaining all the steps in details
