United StatesI have already been the proud owner of the PR36 pig roaster, and when it was time to get a smaller size grill I knew where to go. I took the 2 1/2 hour jaunt to visit the folks at Meadow Creek BBQ Supply after having a couple of email exchanges. As soon as I saw the SK23, I knew it was the perfect fit for my needs. Small enough to be economical on charcoal, and at the same time large enough for a great extended family meal. I have already cooked three great meals on it. Temperature control and clean up are a perfect combination I was looking for. Still waiting to try out the grill grates for steak, but I am sure they will work perfectly. The quality is never to be questioned, simply put, Meadow Creek is quality. As an add-on, had great interaction with Mahlon & Ervin when I came down. Their store is filled with awesome items, and great customer service. Thanks again for another wonderful experience.
United StatesPicked this grill up on 04/09.22. First meat to hit the grill were Brats/sausage from Meadow Creek. I was impressed with the grill from the start, regarding air flow and control. This is definitely a direct heat grill, and exactly what I was looking for. Quality, metal/welding exactly what I expected. I own a PR36 and it is perfect what it is intended for, but I needed a smaller family style all purpose grill, and I found it in the ST23. This is the perfect family size grill for me. Thanks Mahlon/Erwin for all the help at your store. Beautiful equipment, and wonderful customer service.
