On January 29, 2022, we will be serving free jerky samples made four different ways and demonstrating the process on Yoder pellet smokers here at Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply.

This event will be an awesome opportunity to hang out with other barbecue enthusiasts and to learn how to make perfectly delicious homemade jerky with confidence.
🔥 Three types and flavors of beef jerky samples: beef muscle jerky cut with the grain, beef muscle jerky cut across the grain, and formed jerky made with ground beef.
🔥 Bonus: Don't miss our salmon jerky samples!
🔥 These samples will be smoked on a Yoder pellet smoker and infused with the mind-blowing flavor of real wood smoke.
Our staff will be happy to answer your questions and show you how you can make homemade jerkies that you're truly proud of!
